Service Description
A private etiquette lesson followed by a supervised restaurant experience where your child has the opportunity to put their new skills into practice. From entering the restaurant and communicating with staff to ordering, posture, utensils, conversation and leaving the table gracefully, the lesson becomes an experience they can remember. One child + parent/guardian .A predetermined dining allowance is included. Additional guests, premium menu and purchases beyond the allowance are charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
Private Coaching Booking Policy Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled session. Late cancellations / no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals: The session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This prevents one late appointment from affecting your next client. Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Further changes may require a new booking. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. In-person expenses: For sessions involving a restaurant, café, afternoon tea, or another third-party venue, food, beverages, admission fees, transportation, and other personal expenses are not included in the coaching fee unless specifically stated in the service description. Travel: Any session requiring travel outside your standard service area may be subject to an additional fee, which must be agreed upon in advance.
